Emma Louise - Certified Yoga Instructor

Emma's favourite type of yoga class to share is a style called yin yang- mixing elements of dynamic/warming movements with softer/longer held stretches.Emma completed her teacher training at Sukha Mukha Yoga in Bronte with Idit Hefer Tamir. Emma has practiced yoga for over 10 years herself. Starting out as a teenager, developing a love of all things yoga during her University days.She has an interest in sharing what she knows about the mind & body connection, including breathing techniques, meditation & asana (the name given to the physical poses in yoga).

Yoga can be seen as an exercise or good stretch but is also so much more, it can become a way of life!
