“Before training with Forte Fitness I was lethargic and unmotivated. I was definitely in denial regarding my health and fitness. My first session really proved how unfit I really was. I’m a totally different person now. I enjoy the challenge of exercise and have incorporated it in to my lifestyle. I always used the fact that I had young children as an excuse not to exercise. Now I just bring them along!
They are different to other fitness groups because they make you feel comfortable and at ease with your fitness level. I never felt like I was pressured to be like anyone else. They are not pretentious and encourage you to achieve your goals.
My life has changed for the better not only because I have lost weight and I’m fitter, but also my general state of mind is more positive. I have met some amazing people and I now look forward to doing exercise and challenging myself every session.
